Whispered are those who are capable of creating Black Technology, devices that are far more advanced than those of present time. They exist because of an accident in a Soviet experiment using an Omni-Sphere in December 24, 1981.
All Whispereds are born in December 24, 1981 at 11:50. They have an incredible advance knowledge in math, science, engineering, etc. Because of this, they are able to create high-tech devices that are more advanced than those of the present time. These are called Black Techonology. However, each Whispered only specialized in one area. That is why each of them are acquired, like Kaname Chidori, and tested to see which they specialized.
Not only do they possess such knowledge, but Whispereds can also "resonance", or talk to each other in their minds. This can be done in great distances and even in a short period after death. However, if two or more Whispereds connect too long or too deeply, their personalities will become inseparable.
