Vincent Bruno is an expert in telecommunications for the Mithril organization. He betrayed Mithril to Amalgam for a large sum of money. After his treachery was discovered, he sought refuge in Silicia until the SRT caught him. He appears in Full Metal Panic! The Second Raid. In the manga Full Metal Panic! Sigma, he is a woman and is simply called "Ms. Bruno".
