Issei Tsubaki (椿 一成 Tsubaki Issei) is president of the karate club at Jindai High and is Sousuke's rival. He is a skilled martial artist, but requires thick glasses because of his short-sightedness. He is sometimes accompanied by three identical karatekas, all black belts. He only appears in Full Metal Panic?: Fumoffu.
