Full Metal Panic!: The Second Raid is the third anime from the Full Metal Panic franchise. It is actually the second season and a direction continuation of the first series.

Plot[]
The season takes place after the original series where Mithril has performed armed interventions against the terrorist groups all over the globe while Sousuke Sagara has many works between Mithril and Jindai High school while finding a reason why he can't master the Lambda Driver. When an armed terrorist organisation named "Amalgam" commits acts of terrorism, Mithril has taken action against them. Sousuke was reassigned from Kaname Chidori's protection to face the terrorists.
